The position is responsible to process daily administrative functions for clients for our Solutions department, by completing data entry, analysing reports and problem solving, to ensure the day to day operations run smoothly. With accountability to monitor jobs for revenue capture, GP loss and financial reporting. **What you will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:

- Proactively discuss and understand the client’s activity requirements
- Ability to engage the client and build a trusting professional relationship with the client and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring all internal and external agreed task are completed through to completion at the agreed time.
- Liaise with customer and provide information and reports as requested and approved by DSV management.
- Accurately perform data entry to ensure data integrity with inbound and outbound as-well as financial capturing
- Provide general logistic support with coordination of all inbound and outbound shipments

**About You**:

- 2 years relevant experience in a similar role or substantial 3PL administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus and problem solving
