We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage their time while problem-solving on the go. If you have experience in FMCG, that’s a bonus—but above all, we’re looking for someone who aligns with Asahi’s values of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.

**Please note**: This role is a 12-month contract and will involve 12-hour shift work, including day and night rotations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure product consistency.
- Pick raw materials and packaging for production processes.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate any equipment issues.
- Follow health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency.

**About You**

We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities. You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:

- Experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
- FMCG or beverage industry experience (preferred but not required).
- A strong ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple tasks.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems under pressure.
- A current forklift license (beneficial but not required).
