**Your Impact**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Technician to join Wulkuraka facility. In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing the quality systems and culture within the facility, you will also lead the quality and food safety agenda, drive compliance to meet all regulatory, customer and company requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coaching and training and auditing of operating staff including standard checking and calibration of equipment
- Auditing QC systems and benchmarking quality performance
- Monitor the inputs and outputs within the manufacturing process to ensure process capability and conformance to national specifications
- Coordinate the implementation of new product and promotional activities
- Manage the Supplier Non-Conformance Reporting system and drive continuous improvement with the raw material suppliers
- Investigates, reports, and implements corrective actions for consumer and customer complaints

**About You**
- Demonstrated achievements in a Quality Systems role with strong experience in ISO standards, HACCP and PRP’s
- Prior quality experience in a manufacturing environment - Ideally FMCG/Food manufacturing
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work with all levels of the organisation
- Well-developed change management experience
