- **Employment type**:Two temporary full-time positions till 30 June 2025 with a possibility of extension.
- **Grade**:Grade 3/4
- **Salary**:$82,193 - $90,001 pa plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

**Your role**

Provide customer service, advice and solutions in accordance with agency policies and procedures. You will also undertake a range of administrative tasks in relation to the translation and interpreting services.

**What you’ll do**

As part of the Language Services division, you will:

- Provide high level of customer service.
- Coordinate translation and transcription projects.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, participating actively in team meetings and projects, and provide advice on the effective delivery of services.
- Develop sound relationships with various stakeholders.

You'll work as part of a multicultural team of customer service officers and translators in the Language Services division that provides translation, transcription and interpreting services to a wide range of customers.

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of quality customer services.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt to changing work environment quickly.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience working in a language services industry (Translation/Interpreting project coordination experience) preferred.
