**What do I need?**

We’re looking for a seasoned Commercial banker with experience in sales leadership and coaching. You’ll be commercially focussed and risk astute, bringing a good understanding of the financial services market, credit risk and compliance. A natural people-person, your impressive track record in driving business performance and living a customer centric culture will make you a stand out
