Where We Need You:

One of our wonderful team members has gone off to travel so we are now looking for someone to work South of the River (Applecross, Melville, Fremantle etc), with some work in the Western Suburbs (Nedlands, City Beach, Wembley, Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove, etc.). Please let us know if you can also work both SOR and NOR too. This is a flexible casual role with regular hours.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Your own reliable car and a valid driver's license (public transport and carpooling won't cut it here so please do not apply unless you have your own car - not borrowing one and no uber or public transport please).
  • A smartphone with solid internet for staying connected.
  • A team-player spirit, great communication, and a knack for owning your work.
  • At least 12 months of home cleaning experience plus we're big on positive attitudes and an eye for detail.
  • Bonus points if you're into health, wellness, and green living
  • Comfortable driving between jobs - it's a big part of the gig, and we've got you covered for travel time between jobs.
  • You're planning on sticking around for 12+ months.

What You'll Do:

  • Tackle everyday cleaning tasks (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) with a quality-first mindset.
  • Keep job notes tidy and billing details spot-on.
  • Work alongside a teammate to keep homes sparkling on a regular schedule (once trained there will be some solo days)
  • Commit to 2-3 full days a week, with shifts between 5-8 hours per day (paid driving time included). Hours typically run between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. No half-days, evenings or weekends available.
