The purpose of this role is to lead a dedicated administration team to meet the evolving needs of the Specialised Insurance Group. Working as part of the leadership team, this role will be responsible for ensuring performance targets and organisational objectives are met while providing a high level of customer experience delivery to our stakeholders. This position also involves supervising the day-to-day work activity and the coaching and development of the team and its individual members.

This will be a **permanent, full-time **position based in the **Sydney** office, with flexibility to work from home for up to 3 days per week.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and manage the Administration team to support claims management and ensure compliance with performance measures.
- Analyse business processes and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Clarify and manage key stakeholder expectations and allocating appropriate resources to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes.
- Monitor Administration team members utilisation and align placements with professional development needs.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Admin teams and ensure adequate resourcing.
- Continually monitor, evaluate, and review team workloads and overall team resources to ensure distribution is appropriate to skill base and business needs.
- Drive the EML values and culture through effective people leadership, engagement, and mentorship, including providing coaching, guidance, direction, and communication to the team.
- Ensure team activities align with department and business plans.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for unresolved issues.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in addressing gaps in service delivery, designing and implementing new business processes and implementing change.
- Extensive demonstrated experience in a similar Leadership role, managing teams and working within a fast-paced and high-quality environment within the workers' compensation or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and an excellent eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
