We are seeking very kind, caring and experienced Support Worker to assist our lovely Participant requiring support. Experience in Young Onset Dementia support would be an advantage.

Shifts: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am-1pm

Our Participant's will need you to assist them with:

- Activities of daily living.
- Community and social engagement.
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.

- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour
