We have just reopened a heritage listed building overlooking the Swan River providing a polished hospitality offering that is focused on Mediterranean food, fun cocktails and a carefully curated Eurocentric wine list.

Situated in the leafy streets of Applecross this multi faceted venue has been the locals choice for over 20 years and are looking for experienced staff to take the reigns and create something special with this Venue. We are open from Wednesday to Sunday, so that work life balance is achievable

We are looking for you to help build a team and create a culture. You will have the support and guidance of some of Perth's most experienced F&B operators as we want to take this venue to the next level.

We are looking for a duty manager to assist the management with the day to day operation.

As Duty Manager, your role is a crucial one. You are to be a leader and a mentor to your fellow colleagues by setting the example of what it means to go ‘above and beyond’ to provide exceptional customer service. You are responsible for certain aspects of the hotel in order to achieve its smooth operation;
Operational Excellence: Assist in the day-to-day operations and functions, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Customer Service Champion: Be the face of hospitality Foster a warm and welcoming environment for our patrons.

Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of enthusiastic individuals. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and motivated team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experience.

Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Handle challenges and compliance with grace and creativity. Whether it's resolving customer issues or addressing operational hiccups, your problem-solving skills will be put to the test.

Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the Venue Manager and your support team to implement strategies for growth and improvement. Creatively contribute to venue promotions and offerings. Your insights and collaborative mindset will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
