**Opportunity**

Our client is a leading ASX listed organisation and a genuine leader in their industry. The role of Consumer & Insights Lead is to support the Customer and Marketing team to design, lead and manage research, and collate customer data to provide deeper insights into the dynamics of the business and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and manage customer insights program;
- Provide analytics support for the business, leading data analytics to tell clear stories and build insights and recommendations which will drive actions to improve customer experience;
- Provide consistent analysis of campaigns, marketing activities and promotions;
- Generate and analyse critical monthly business reporting, providing regular and ad-hoc reports that explain business performance, diagnose issues and share opportunity areas;
- Support the Customer & Marketing team, in all strategic and tactical decision making with appropriate analysis and insights;
- Design and establish a reporting framework to highlight new opportunities that will enhance customer experience and brand awareness.

You will be naturally analytical and have excellent stakeholder engagement and understanding of change management processes. To be successful in the position, you will have demonstrated your experience with:

- Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel and solid understanding of databases;
- Intermediate SQL proficiency and Power BI or similar;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confident engagement of external and internal clients and stakeholders;
- Proven experience preparation and delivery of a wide variety of clear and accessible presentations, reports and internal briefing documents.
