Customer Retention Specialist

Are you passionate about home loans and providing a world-class lending experience? Great Southern Bank is looking for a Specialist to join our Brisbane based Retention team and help us provide our customers with the best possible experience.
**What you will be doing**
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will have direct contact with existing mortgage customers to identify their individual financial needs and provide effective mortgage solutions that enhance their experience with Great Southern Bank. You will be responsible for creating a seamless experience for customers through every interaction in a way that will exceed their expectations and surpass the best in the industry.
In this exciting role, you will proactively create financial solutions for customers by leveraging internal stakeholder relationships. You will be accountable for meeting service standards while delivering against agreed operational requirements. You will share your knowledge, wins, and achievements with the team and wider business to help improve our customer experience. You will continuously encourage raised awareness and support for Great Southern Bank's retention strategy.
**To be successful in this role**
- You should be passionate about home loans and providing a world-class lending experience.
- Have an understanding of relevant legislation, compliance, and operations.
- Can demonstrate relationship management and communication skills, strong intuitive problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in financial services and mortgage lending, and sound customer-centric decision-making abilities.
- Finally, you should be organised and love working at a fast pace
