We are looking for 2 Project Officers (1 Ongoing and 1 Fixed-term) who will be responsible for supporting maintenance and inspection processes relating to compliance with maintenance contracts, property condition audits and other related projects. The role involves conducting investigations associated with the delivery of building maintenance services and property condition audits performed by contractors.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Support maintenance and property inspection audit processes and ensure they are measured against agreed contractual and service delivery standards.
- Where responsible for overseeing, monitoring, or delivering projects, ensure they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in providing advice to stakeholders and assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet, and agency submissions on a range of matters.
