**THE ROLE**
**Are you**:

- A customer service, maintenance and/or a facilities management professional with demonstrated experience leading a team to deliver services, implement programs, prepare budgets, procure contractors, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solutions-focused leader with a track record of successfully delivering high value social infrastructure services.
- A people-oriented leader with an ability to build a team-based approach, facilitate collaboration and cooperation among team.
The Manager Maintenance Assurance and Property Condition is responsible for delivery of compliance and monitoring functions relating to property condition audits and maintenance contracts. The role involves the provision of professional advice, management of project staff and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. A high standard of project co-ordination is required to ensure the implementation of systems to facilitate continuous improvement and that key performance indicators are delivered.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Oversee local delivery of integrated, multidisciplinary services that provide holistic client outcomes and ensure they meet state-wide departmental and government objectives, budget considerations and community expectations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of issues impacting the department's clients and investigate and lead critical projects that develop and review policies, professional standards, and operating practices to enhance service delivery, budget effectiveness, efficiency, and improved client outcomes.
- Forge strong connections across the department and with external stakeholders and collaborate on the strategic design and development of departmental objectives that impact state-wide or significant localised service delivery to ensure effective, efficient, and coordinated services are provided for all clients.
