About the Role
As the Deputy Principal, you will play a vital leadership role in improving student outcomes and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning across the school. In this key position, you will support teaching teams in Years 1 to 3, with a strong focus on both curriculum delivery and the social and emotional development of students. Building positive, respectful relationships with students, staff, and families is essential, as the school is deeply committed to creating a strong sense of belonging for all members of its community.
Your Responsibilities
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing curriculum and social-emotional support to teaching teams in Years 1, 2, and 3.
Ability to establish positive relationships with all community members is vital as our school prides itself on fostering a sense of belonging for all.
Collaborative ways of working to add value to the current work in place.
