**Responsibilities**:
Be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analysing property performance data, preparing financial models and reports, and assisting with investment decisions.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
- Analyse property performance data, including rent rolls, occupancy rates, and financial statements.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate investment recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including reviewing legal documents and financial records.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and execute investment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Property Economics or a Financial related degree, with strong econometric and analytical skills
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis and financial modelling.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and develop sophisticated models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive and confident self-starter, strong presentation and report writing skills, and a team player
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in financial modelling software
