**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a Construction/Site Supervisor to join our team on a **full-time, on-going basis**, the role sitting within the Masterpiece division of Simonds Homes. Masterpiece represents the epitome of elegance, built by the very best in the knockdown rebuild and dual occupancy sector. Every Masterpiece home, whether it be a standalone luxury residence or dual occupancy development, showcases architectural elements, cutting edge design, and bespoke interiors.

As a **Construction Supervisor**, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of home builds in the **Melbourne East region (Blackburn area)** from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage. Reporting to the Construction Manager, some key accountabilities of this role include:

- Coordinate and manage trades, establish a reliable trade base
- Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
- Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines
- Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
- Day to day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork and other admin tasks
- Weekly KPI reporting

**WHO YOU ARE**

Ideally, we're looking for someone who has:

- Experience supervising residential home builds, residential construction experience and/or a strong trade background (but more importantly, an eagerness to learn and be a part of a cohesive team)
- A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance (QA) systems (mandatory)
- Have completed the General Construction Induction Course/White Card (mandatory)
- Hold a valid driver's licence (mandatory)
- Solid project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network
- Able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group, including what it means to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong time management skills
- Strong IT/administration skills
