**THE CLIENT**:
This multi-award-winning, luxury Builder is one of the highest-regarded domestic builders in Melbourne. Working closely with Melbourne’s most prestigious architecture group, they focus on contemporary designs and also alterations and additions.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:

- Run and manage 2-4 construction of high-end luxury homes $2mil+ each
- Proactively manage the construction phase in line with project management systems and processes, meeting budget and time frames;
- Liaise with trades, architects, engineers, and public authorities to ensure projects are compliant with BCA & Australian Standards;
- Assist with the development and implementation of OH&S systems and procedures;
- Maintain a high standard of quality assurance throughout the construction of the home;
- Manage Client issues immediately as they arise and work closely with the Construction Manager in ensuring their prompt and effective resolution;
- Report weekly or as required to the Construction Manager;
**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- 5+ years experience supervising luxury homes for a well-renowned builder _(essential);_
- Carpentry trade background (nice to have) & relevant tertiary qualifications;
- Sound knowledge of custom building workflow practices;
- Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, and costs and being able to communicate this in Layman's terms;
- Full Drivers License; _(Company Car will be provided)_
- Unrestricted Working Rights
