Research & Verification Officer

**Position Purpose Statement**

**The nature, scope and tasks of this position**
- Commence all verifications accurately and within required time frame as per Sterling guideline.
- Managing missing and additional information in accordance with Sterling operations procedures
- Update verification record / progress in the operations logs at real time.
- Identify potential delays/ issues that are likely to impact turnaround times
- Other duties as assigned by manager and leadership of Sterling

**Required Skills/Related Knowledge & Experience**
- English proficiency is a must (written and communication)
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy - Microsoft Office
- Ability to keep track of work
- Quality orientation and documentation skills is a must

**Expected Behaviour & Attitudes**
- A team player and able to work under minimum supervision and tied timeline
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Positive attitude
- Enthusiasm on continuous learning and problem solving

**Accountability**
- Adhere to the timeline, confidentiality, accuracy and at all times to uphold Sterling policy in the work perform.
