**About the Role**

This role will be under general supervision, leads a crew in providing the complete range of slickline services in a geographic area under all operating conditions; consults with customers concerning products and services, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and insures customer satisfaction by demonstrate knowledge related to slickline products and services, processes and properly maintains assigned equipment. Possess customer service skills, effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

This position will be basedat **Jandakot, WA**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Confirms that the unit, WPCE and downhole tools are ready, complete and correct for the job. Identifies any additional contingencies that should be provided for.
- Reviews the job design and confirms that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose
- Mentors and trains service operators and operator assistants in areas of expertise.
- Leads a crew in providing the complete range of slickline services in a geographic area.
- Perform on-site emergency unit/equipment maintanance

**Role Requirements**
- Strong focus on safety and operational awareness
- Have 5+ years Previous Experience in Sickline field operation
- Able to work a physically active hands-on /heavy work
- Problem solves
- Able to Satisfy OGUK Medical
- Valid Driving License
