**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Re.Group is an Australian owned company, focused on providing solutions for recycling and recovery of resources from waste. Our vision is to create a wasteless society; where all resources that become waste are reused and are not disposed.
Return-It provide a modern and convenient way to collect eligible beverage containers via Container Deposit Schemes, accurately paying back refund amounts to consumers.
Return-It operates all over Australia and comprises of more than 100 collection refund points, including over 40 permanent depots - join us as we expand our team and institute our Over the Counter (OTC) Network
**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing the Over-the-Counter Network end to end. The Channel Manager will identify partners for refund point locations, develop and foster relationships with current and future partners and ensure that all refund point locations follow our company processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Take charge of setting up the over-the-counter network - using the network map, identify partners for the OTC refund point locations.
- Develop and foster relationships with current and future OTC Partners, understanding their strategy and business goals.
- Ensure the refund point locations are following all of the Return-It processes and procedures as well as safety requirements.
- Working with each location to find avenues into the community to increase refund container awareness and activity.
- Monitor infrastructure, logistics plans and frequency - ensuring that the OTC partners have as much scope for growth as possible, facilitating their needs.
- Work with the Logistics Manager to ensure that the OTC collections are put in place and volumes are monitored to ensure that we have an efficient collection schedule in place.
- Analyze channel partner capacity throughout each region to identify any gaps.
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to track growth and performance.
- Measure and report on financial metrics, conversion and performance.

You are an experienced industry professional, looking to take on your next challenge. You are excited by the opportunity to be part of a new concept and are ready to get your hands dirty In addition:
- You have a background in New Business Development / Sales / Relationship Management / Channel Management;
- You have experience implementing partner programs within a national or large-scale organisation;
- You have proven experience working across or managing multiple sites;
- You're passionate about community, and thrive on customer engagement;
- With an operations-focused mindset, you are always looking at ways to improve and develop;
- You consider yourself a leader
