**About Company**:
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Mint Kitchens is one of the leading suppliers of kitchens and joinery in the ACT. Our primary aim is to deliver top-quality custom-made joinery and kitchens to builders and private clients in and around the Canberra region. Your responsibilities include:Working closely with Management and Key Stakeholders to meet the timelines and schedules
Managing projects from start to finish
Reading and Interpreting plans/ designs
Liaising with design and production staff to meet order deadlines and client expectations
Identify and solve any trade specific install issues and provide alternatives and solutions for the on-site team
Inspecting the site and ensure it is ready for installation
Assist the maintenance team as required
Coordinate the logistics and deliveries onsite

**Job Requirements**:
Proven experience on residential or commercial sites - preferably in joinery
Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to meet the scheduled project outcomes and to motivate team and installers to meet deadlines with high quality attention to detail
Demonstrated strong communication, decision
- making and leadership skills
Communicate and update clients and office using mobile phone and software programs as required.
A great eye for detail and high-quality work standards
A critical thinker and problem solver
Have a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic and a good team player
Construction White card and Asbestos card
Preferably qualified Cabinet maker but not essential

**Benefits**:
Full time position: 40 hour week 7am to 3.30pm + Overtime if/as required

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Canberra ACT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Asbestos Awareness Certification (required)
- White Card (required)

Work Authorisation:
