This company are an Australian leader in providing integrated logistics support to various defense programs.

This is a full-time onsite role, leading a team within an integrated logistics centre.

**Your Role**

With 4 direct reports across Warehouse, Maintenance, Inventory and Freight, the Supply Chain Manager leads a wider team of 20 supply chain personnel who are all passionate about providing a seamless service in defense sustainment contracting.

This role is responsible for ensuring best practice supply chain management across procurement, inventory control, distribution, storage and corporate governance to optimize the supply chain.

You will lead the development and optimization of processes, develop supply chain and inventory reporting and analysis, provide program and project management teams with effective supply chain solutions and develop and mentor the supply chain team.

**About You**

You will bring previous experience in logistics and supply chain as well as experience within a defense contracting environment. You will have previously used ERP systems, led teams of between 5-20 personnel and ideally have used the Military Integrated Logistics Information System (MILIS).
