PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Vehicle Build team. The role will effectively support the Processing Supervisor and operations team in the effective and timely movement of all vehicles incoming, outgoing and stored within the Prixcar compound and associated offsite storage/pickup locations. This includes ensuring that the compound is run to optimum standard, economically and that activities are performed safely, accurately and in accordance with legislative, company and customer requirements.

**What you will do**:

- Work with the Processing Supervisor to balance workflow, manning and to optimise productivity, labour efficiencies and minimise labour costs
- Assist in the development of the cost and time effective measures through innovative thinking and best practice principles
- Assist the Processing Supervisor and the processing team to achieve KPIs, support develop their teams
- Assist in the development and training of new and existing employees, coaching, mentoring required and identify any training gaps
- Ensure that quality assurance systems are adhered to at all times
- Ensure that day to day operational issues are effectively responded to and escalated as required to the Processing Supervisor
- Assist in promoting efficiency improvements to processing work practices
- Implementing training for personnel and monitor skill levels as required
- Assist in ensuring work practices achieve highest safety and appropriate quality and productivity levels and targets

**What you will bring**:

- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role, particularly Operations, Logistics or Transport
- A 'manual' driver's (minimum of 3 years) license is essential
- Prior experience in the auto industry an advantage
- Mechanical/ electrical aptitude an advantage
- Proven experience in warehousing and storage
- Proven skills in multitasking, managing your own time and meeting tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Track record of responsibility when handling high profile assets
