**Your new role**

Reporting to the Manager of Finance, this position will be responsible for developing and contributing to the long-term financial plan. This includes management reporting for executives, business partnering and developing the annual budget. You will be managing a small team of three and assist in their development and progression as well. Ongoing career opportunities will be available within the organisation.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience in a similar role (senior management accounting/business partnering/analysis) along with:

- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visualisation skills and the ability to confidently present to key stakeholders
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise
- Can-do, hard-working and professional attitude
- Advanced MS Excel skills (financial modelling) and good literacy with ERP systems
- Prior experience managing teams (desirable)
- CPA/CA or equivalent qualification (desirable)
