**Join Our Team and Make a Difference**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist in the care of a 16-year-old male client with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and a mild intellectual disability. This role requires providing 1:1 support, including supervision for physical and emotional needs, medication administration, and assisting with various activities throughout the week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and supervision for a young male client, ensuring his safety and well-being at all times.
- Assist with personal care needs, including medication administration.
- Attend to the client's behavioral needs, including physical assault, self-harm, and wandering.
- Drop off and pick up the client at their parents' home in Lara (occasionally).
- Collaborate with the client's family to ensure their needs and preferences are met.
- Support the client during group activities and family visits on weekends.
- Be proactive in managing any behavioral challenges, using strategies to promote positive outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- **Availability**: MUST be available for Thursday and Friday AM and PM shifts (3-4 hours per shift) and sleepover shifts (2-3 nights a week).
- **Experience**: Previous experience working with young people or clients with Autism, ADHD, or intellectual disabilities is highly preferred.
- **Vehicle**: A personal car with full license and comprehensive insurance is required for transport, including drop-off/pick-up from the client's parents' home in Lara.
- **Certifications**: Working with Children Check is **mandatory**. Experience with under-age clients is a bonus.
- **Skills**: Ability to provide medication administration and offer behavioral support in challenging situations.

**About the Client**:
The client is a pleasant 16-year-old male with primary diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and mild intellectual disability. He requires **constant 1:1 supervision** due to a range of behavioral challenges, including physical assault, self-harm, and wandering. You will play a crucial role in ensuring his safety, well-being, and ongoing development.
