Employing superstar Exercise Physiologists, 5 Point Health assesses clients on a case-by-case basis and then designs, delivers and evaluates a safe and effective exercise plan that aligns with both the client and practitioner.

- Injury Rehabilitation
- Pre/Post Surgical Intervention
- Cardiovascular Disease
- Obesity
- Diabetes
- Parkinson’s Disease
- MS
- Back & Neck pain
- Cancer

**About the Role**:
5 Point Health is looking for a highly motivated, skilled and passionate Accredited Exercise Physiologist to grow within and provide the highest level of care to their clients at 5PH.

Make the job work for you Flexible hours and a small caseload which will build to start you off, as well as a growing referral base with scope to build to a full case load within a short period of time.

The role will be a contractual agreement percentage based, with the successful applicant building their caseload with the assistance of 5PH to full time capacity.

**Successful Applicant will have/be**:

- Strong communication skills with client, referrers, other allied health professionals and colleagues
- High level reporting (SOAP notes, GP reports, NDIS reviews etc)
- Excellent and evidence-based exercise prescription across a wide range of pathology
- Passion to grow and develop as an AEP
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
- AEP Accreditation with ESSA
- Availability through the week (and weekends if you wish) to book in a range of clientele
- Experience and/or willingness to build networks and referral bases
- Social Media skills or willingness to develop and contribute
