About the role

As an Exercise Physiologist you will be providing high-quality treatment to our patients to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting. You will work across a variety of case presentations across a defined region providing care for our elderly or disabled community in the comfort of their home with our home visiting service.

In this role you will be...

Using your clinical knowledge to create and implement appropriate treatment plans to target the goals of the patient with a particular focus on achieving functional goals and supporting independent living

Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GP’s, Surgeon’s, Sports Physician’s and other Health Care Professionals as required to provide effective care to patients

Communicating effectively with third party providers, case managers and other stakeholders.

Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers.
