**Position Description**

Clinical (seeing patients & having impact): 80%

Report Writing + PD + Mentoring: 20%

- Excited & ready to grow personally & professionally:
**Clinical Role**: A mix / preference of the following;
1. Exercise Physiology Action Planning & 1:1 Treatment: (Medicare, DVA, Private, Workcover, NDIS)

2. Groups: (Organizing and Delivering with Physiotherapy team some group programs for: Diabetes, Falls Prevention, Pilates, Yoga, Stretching Classes etc.)

3. Assessments: (Pre Employment Assessments, Drug and Alcohol Assessments, Fit 4 Work Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, RTW Rehab, Manual Handling Seminars) - training provided if required.

4. Mix of Clinic and home visits & hydrotherapy.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Degree qualified in Exercise Physiology
- Private practice experience is highly regarded in the following:

- Chronic disease management and EPC care plans
- Return to work SA Assessments
- Pilates, hydrotherapy, or other group classes.
