Position: Receptionist Location: Sydney CBD Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:15 pm) - **Responsibilities**:_ - Warmly greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere - Handling telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate businesses - Representing our client community with a sense of ownership - Performing general reception duties including stationery orders, courier bookings, and stock management - Managing meeting room bookings and room preparation - Efficient mail management - Assisting with administrative tasks - Supporting social content initiatives - Assisting with organizing small office events - Keeping track of monthly team billings - Assisting with onboarding new clients - **Requirements**:_ - Minimum of two years of prior customer service experience - Professional presentation suitable for corporate-style offices - A positive "can-do" attitude, essential for front-of-house responsibilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Strong command of the English language - Excellent teamwork skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate level: Word & Excel) - Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute Join us at Genesis Offices and become an integral part of our dedicated team.
