To be eligible for the 2026 Law Graduate Program you must have completed a Seasonal Clerkship at Russell Kennedy within the last two years.

**Russell Kennedy Law Graduate Program**

Russell Kennedy partners with the College of Law enabling graduates to complete their Practical Legal Training within the first 18 weeks of commencement of the program. Regular on-the-job feedback is provided during each rotation, as well as a formal feedback session at the end of each rotation with People & Culture and a Principal.

Russell Kennedy provides a supportive environment for your growth and development. Law Graduates are allocated a Graduate Lead for the duration of their Graduate Program. They meet with their Graduate Lead on a regular basis to discuss their career progression, rotations and assist with personal development. In addition to this, we also allocate Law Graduates a Rotational Supervisor and Graduate Support in the same practice group for each rotation. They assist with the transition from university to full-time employment.

Our learning and development program is carefully designed to give you the exposure and experience to make you an excellent Lawyer with the skills and confidence to handle whatever challenges and opportunities come your way.
As part of your ongoing professional development, you will benefit from attending regular in-house Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars, client functions, and external training and development events.
