Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs (prioritization where required determined by Senior Director, HR).
- Determines applicant requirements by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses to system generated individual assessments, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with hiring managers.
- Supports the onboarding of new hires

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment/HR experience.
- Superior communication and influencing skills and ability to collaborate at all levels across the region.
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills.
