**Responsibilities**:
**What does a typical day look like?**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build recruitment strategies, including succession planning.
- Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such the Foot Locker Applicant Tracking system, job portals, social media, networking events & job fairs, educational institutions.
- Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, complete reference checks, and support successful onboarding from offer to first day.
- Coach and support hiring managers through the recruitment process, offering best practice advice & support.
- Coordinate, schedule and participate in interviews (virtual and in-person), ensuring fair and consistent evaluation throughout the interview process.
- Partner with our Retail Leaders and District Managers on hiring our store leadership roles and provide system expertise to store hiring managers when required.
- Provide regular updates and provide reports on recruitment activities and progress to Management
- Take the lead and execute exciting TA projects —deliver TA training, improve processes, create SOPs and bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and/HR. Internal recruitment experience highly regarded
- Exceptional communication & capability to partner effectively with and manage stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
- Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-evolving HR environment.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a drive for implementing continuous improvement.
- Creative thinking and a proactive mindset in the TA space - A can do attitude
- A customer-centric approach, with the ability to work independently with strong time management skills in order to fill roles in a timely, efficient manner.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft office suite; Word / Excel / Outlook
