Activities in Oracle Health Insurance Consulting (OHI) Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity streams as a Senior Lead Techno-Functional Consultant and / or Architect

Roles & Responsibilities include
- Lead teams or participate as Senior Lead to design, configure, test, debug, and maintain implementation projects of the OHI products
- Collaborate with other team members on assignments
- Estimate tasks and meet milestones and deadlines appropriately

- Strive for continuous improvement of Implementation Process & standards

**Essential Skills**
- Implementation consulting experience in health insurance domain and / or Application implementation experience
- Extensive, real-world experience designing enterprise software and defining Solution Architectures and technology
- Experience on Oracle health insurance platform (OHI)
- Experience on integrating OHI with finance platform such as Oracle Financials
- Development skills with Oracle Application server and database

***Preferred Skills**
- Domain knowledge of Health Insurance
- Previous work experience on direct customer exposure and Application implementation work
- Prior experience of working in remote virtual teams
- Technical skills in integration, data migration, OHI dynamic logic configuration
- Extensive knowledge and extensive experience on areas such as Cloud, deployment, Devops, Automation tooling
- Awareness of latest technologies and development practices

An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family especially in the Health Insurance domain. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

12-16 years of experience relevant to this position with at least 8 years consulting experience in essential skill areas preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
