**The Role**
We are seeking experienced Technical Support Consultants to deliver Level 3 services and support to our valuable clients. Based in **Melbourne,** with plenty of opportunity to WFH when training is completed, you will work in a team of committed consultants to resolve technical issues. We have 2 roles available - 1 ongoing and 1 for a fixed term.
**You**
To be successful in this role you will bring the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years previous technical support experience in the Australia market
- Prior experience as a technical SME in app or hosted platform support
- Expertise in trouble shooting complex problems, an added bonus if this has been in the backend of the app
- The proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and expert time management skills
- Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
