**Overview of role**

Act as a 2IC to the Senior Manager and Executive Manager in delivering on the Prudential Assurance Annual Plan by carrying out assurance activities in line with the Assurance methodology and policies. You will work with stakeholders across all products lines with a focus on the Institutional Banking/financial markets products.

Working with an inclusive c-suite leadership team, you will have access to take your career on a growth trajectory and assist with managing the approach to forward looking topics such as risk capability and risk culture.

**Desired experience**
- Proven experience in Risk Management, Assurance or Internal Audit either from Line 1, Line 2, or Line 3 ideally from professional services or large complex FS organisation
- Experience executing assurance reviews over APRA Prudential & Reporting Standard with an ability to interpret Prudential obligation requirements.
- Be able to work with mínimal supervision in an autonomous environment - self starter mindset
- Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills and attention to detail
