**What’s the role?**

The Prudential Assurance team is part of the 2nd Line Assurance function in Risk responsible for the delivery of the 2nd Line Prudential Assurance program, covering all domestic Prudential Standards and Returns across the Westpac Group.

You will be responsible for the delivery of 2nd Line Prudential Assurance reviews over Westpac Prudential Standards and Reporting Standards in accordance with the annual plan, and generate key risk insights on the effective design and operation of controls to meet our Prudential obligations to APRA.

**What do I need?**
- Extensive experience within institutional banking, regulatory reporting, treasury and/or capital markets (desirable)
- Ability to interpret Prudential obligation requirements
- Strong critical thinking and voice of risk in independent review and challenges
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
