**About the Role**

As an Office Supervisor you will be responsible for cultivating a positive and inclusive culture, that enables our receptionists to do what they do best. You will lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities and be accountable for all operational matters within the clinic. In addition to this you will also seek opportunities to improve and develop processes and systems to deliver an efficient and effective service to our patients
- Lead, mentor and develop our staff
- Office Management in consultation with our Administration Coordinators
- Be part of the receptionist team and be available to support front of house when required

**About You**

**You Will Also Have**
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced administration environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare rules and legislation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability or prioritise tasks
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite
