**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our expanding Support Coordination team on an ongoing, full-time basis at our North Geelong office.

Your role will see you leading a team of support coordinators to provide high quality and individualised services or support to reach their best potential.

Our existing Support Coordination Team are highly valued for their expertise, responsiveness and problem-solving abilities. Are you ready to guide the team and participants to greater success?

**Your duties will include**:

- Provide positive leadership to Support Coordination team
- Identify and promote team development and growth
- Ensure all team members are working within NDIS Practice Standards
- Promote best service delivery possible for all participants

**Requirements**:

- Victorian Drivers License
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination status (includes booster)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- Demonstrated leadership experience
