Due to extensive growth, we have an exciting opportunity for the appointment of a Customer Service Officer to join the Galvanising Sales team at Korvest Ltd.

**Your new role**:
The Galvanising Customer Service Officer will work within a supportive team, and play an integral role in building effective relationships with both our external and internal customers, process customer purchase orders by creating factory work orders, facilitating quotations and attending to other sales related activities. This role is responsible for:

- Timely preparation and sending of customer quotes
- Creating work orders, invoicing, archiving, creating purchase orders and other general administrative duties
- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Other tasks required to support the galvanising sales department as requested by management

**You will bring**:
***Effective communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role (advantageous)
- Previous experience dealing with B2B customers is desirable
- Passionate about customer service
- Intermediate level computer skills
- High regard for safety and compliance of all OHSE policies and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
