**Capral Aluminium** - Australia’s largest aluminium manufacturer and distributor - is looking for an **Experienced Customer Service Coordinator** to join our small and supportive team in **Kilburn, SA.**

This is a **non-customer-facing office-based role**, ideal for someone with experience in order processing, internal sales support, or technical customer service. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Entering sales orders
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc
- Vetting orders
- Providing technical and product support to customers.

**About You**

You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.

To be considered applicants **MUST** have:

- experience in a similar role
- a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
- a friendly telephone manner
- the ability to express themselves clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.

**Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.**
