**About the role**:
Based in Banksmeadow & a part of the Warehouse Department, this position reports to the Transport & Warehouse Manager to coordinate warehouse activities, conduct bookings & data entry whilst generating KPI reports.

**What you will be doing**:

- Warehouse coordination
- Providing & printing documents for the Warehouse Department for cargo check-in
- Out turning all import cargo
- Tending to driver's documents for warehouse cargo release
- Booking
- AQIS inspection
- Courier jobs
- Local transports
- Arranging airline empty container return
- Data entry- Uploading PODs
- Uploading files in our system
- Document archiving
- Conducting damage reports
- Generating KPI reports

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- At least one year of experience in administration or a related role
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse freight forwarding
- High attention to detail

Desirable:

- Proficient data entry skills
- Strong time management & organisational skills
