**MEAT PICK/PACKERS - EARLY MORNING STARTS | BANKSMEADOW | IMMEDIATE START**

**Location**: Banksmeadow
**Hours**: Full-Time, 45 hours/week (Availability for 3 new starters, Monday to Friday & Tuesday to Saturday)
**Start Time**: 3:00 AM
**Pay Rate**: $35-$40 per hour (depending on experience)
**Start Date**: IMMEDIATE
**Own transport essential**

Are you an early riser with a strong work ethic and a passion for getting the job done right? We’re looking for **Pick/Packers** to join our busy wholesale meat team in **Banksmeadow**. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, chilled environment and wants to finish work early and enjoy the rest of their day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately packing fresh meat products to customer orders
- Labeling and weighing meat portions with precision
- Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Working in a refrigerated environment
- Keeping the packing area clean, safe, and organised

About You:

- Comfortable working in a **cold storage** and fast-paced setting
- **Physically fit** - some heavy lifting required
- **Reliable, punctual**, and works well as part of a team
- Previous meat packing or food handling experience is **a plus**, but not essential - **full training provided**:

- Must have **own reliable transport** - early starts mean public transport is not always available
- Must have **work rights in Australia**
