Our team is the secret to our success. Our people and the interactions we have with one another and with patients are what define the core of who we are. We are a tight-knit team of down-to-earth individuals who are always looking for ways to improve people’s healthcare experiences and ourselves.
Our team is a collective of Musculoskeletal specialists who work collaboratively in our multidisciplinary clinic to optimize the best possible patient care. We have Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Massage, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Medicine Specialists, and more
And we’re looking for a Client Experience Officer to be part of our team As the face of the clinic, you’ll handle any client that walks through our doors whilst delivering the best possible experience and careand hit some exciting goals along the way
**What are we looking for?**
Our team is all about getting it done and having a good time while we do it. We care about results but more importantly - it's about how we get them. This is what we would love to see in our ‘El Capitan’
- **Experience**:
- Previous medical / administration experience is strongly considered but not essential.
**Passion -** A genuine passion for creating amazing patient experiences, helping solve their health needs, and delivering outstanding outcomes for both them and the clinic.
**Energy -** A love of being in a fast-paced, growing business and able to adapt to change, lead by example with positivity, and a can-do attitude.
**Leadership**:
- Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training, and developing your team to be their best.
**Effectiveness -** Ability to effectively manage your time and all operational requirements of the clinic without ever compromising the patient experience.
**Team**:
- Passion for building strong relationships with all practitioners, allowing you to approach the management of the clinic as an effective leader to your team. Communicate and work seamlessly with the entire leadership team to jointly identify opportunities for growing BOSIC via both the clinic and the team.
**Drive -** A true love of achieving and driving results through your team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
