Centre Manager position - Full time basis
- Work across two services - Minutes away from each other
- Assist in managing the everyday operation of an OSHC service

We are on the search for a committed OSHC/OOSH professional to take on the role of Centre Manager This is an excellent position to take on if you are seeking professional growth.

**The Role**:

- 2IC Centre Manager - Full time basis, 38 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Mix of block and split shifts - excellent work life balance, take yourself to the beach on your breaks
- Work across **two services**, one in Erina and one in Springfield _(Approx. 5-minute drive)_
- Assist in managing the everyday operations of an OSHC service
- Develop and implement an educational program based on My, Time our Place framework
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and review of policies
- Mentor, lead and support a team of educators
- Assist in conducting educator appraisals with the Centre Director
- Liaise with the Management Committee
- Provide additional support to families as required
- Hourly pay rate starting at $35.61 per hour, dependant on experience and qualifications

**The Services**:

- Located in Erina and Springfield, minutes away from the beautiful Terrigal Beach
- Erina Service - Licenced for 90 children / approximately 80-85 enrolled
- Springfield Service - Licenced for 40 children / approximately 20 enrolled
- Both services operate on school grounds

**About You**:

- **Required**: Minimum Diploma in School Age Education and Care or equivalent
- **Required**: WWCC valid for paid work
- **Required**: Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status (Minimum 2 doses)
- **Required**:You are available to work 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday
- **Possesses current ‘CHCPRT001’**:

- Identify and respond to children and young people at risk’ training (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Current ‘HLTAID004 or HLTAID012’**:

- Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting’ Certificate (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Highly Desired**: Experience in a leadership role and in the OSHC Sector
- Experience developing a Quality Improvement Plan
- You are passionate about quality improvement and critical reflection
- You value teamwork and have a genuine interest in leading and mentoring
- You have strong communication skills
- You have relational intelligence
- You value professional growth
