**We are needing to hire a person to provide administration duties at our Beach Early Learning Centre at Erina.**
Your role will be to:
- Welcome visitors to the centre;
- Ensure that the administration of the centre is efficient and effective;
- Develop strong relationships with families, other staff and children at the centre;
- Implement the policies and associated procedures of the centre;
- Work with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of the centre's operations;
- Administration of funding, finances and fees;
- Word processing and data entry
;
- Maintenance of filing systems;
- Implementation of enrolment processes; and
- General office duties.

The hourly rate will be plus annual leave loading.
