**What do we need you to do?**

This role is central to delivering client based individual and group based exercise and wellness activities as part of our aged care services.

These are based on wellness enhancement and social connections for clients and help them achieve their goals.

These are in line with the clients individual needs.

**What is the role ?**

Contribute to the planning as well as coordinating and delivering effective individual and group exercise and wellness activities in line with each clients needs and goals.

Participate in the development and delivery of group exercise and wellness activities as a facilitator for healthy living seniors Health Hub

Support clients to achieve their agreed goals enabling client resilience and independence in consultation with the broader team.

Ensure exercise and wellness activities are evaluated at regular intervals and objectives are in line with the clients current needs and goals

Conduct health screenings

Ensure compliance with relevant government legislations, regulations and Uniting's policies and procedures.

**What do we need you to bring?**

Tertiary qual in health or exercise science and fitness

Current and unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence

Current First Aid

Own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
