As an innovation leader in the elevator and escalator industry, our award-winning products and solutions continue to push boundaries, rethinking how we use buildings for life, work and play.**Our work will take you in different directions.**We’re looking for a **Field Service Manager**to join our Service team in **Brisbane, QLD.** In this position, you will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of field technicians in our Service team, using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team.* Planning and delivering repair/maintenance works* Monitoring material inventory control and technician rostering* Managing performance and skill development of the team* Spending time out in the field developing business relationships* Develop and maintain customer satisfaction* Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications or equivalent experience from Construction or Vertical Transport Industries desired* Full drivers’ licence* Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams* Strong commitment to safety in the workplace* Ability to interact with customers and ensure positive impact* High emotional intelligence* Join a global organisation with a strong focus on training, safety and quality* Enjoy career progression opportunities within a global organisation* Access a range of benefits that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work* Grow with comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skillsA job at KONE is the start of an experience like no other.
