The **George Williams Hotel**, located on George Street in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, is a favourite amongst business and leisure travelers with 103 stylish rooms conveniently located close to key attractions such as Roma Street Parklands, Queen Street Mall, North Quay and Brisbane City Hall.

We are now recruiting for a **Room Attendant** to join the team on a **casual basis** in a variety of shifts across the 24/7 roster located in **Brisbane CBD.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role of a Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and daily servicing of guest rooms and common areas of the George Williams Hotel.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility
- Good understanding of security measures and procedures
- Undertaking daily cleaning, replenishing and servicing of guest rooms and common areas
- Ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines
- Identify and report all hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Support in-house laundry requirements as needed

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Understanding of manual handling and chemical handling practices
- Capable of operating effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Proven commitment to delivering and improving the customer service experience
- Willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by business requirements Currently possess, or be willing to obtain a Police Check Certificate
