**About The Role**:
Embark on an exciting journey with us, working on Telco and Transport Sector bids and projects of significant scope and value to Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team in Group Supply Chain (GSC), the Sector Procurement Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional value to the assigned sectors.

You'll be a crucial part of our team, providing functional procurement expertise during work winning and doing, and driving bid and mobilization success.

This position can be based at either our North Sydney or Melbourne office, and we offer a flexible working arrangement between the office and home (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Developing and maintaining a register of Sector Procurement activities.
- Leading the strategy for GSC support for bids relevant to size and value.
- Managing the end-to-end GSC process for critical vendors.
- Planning and managing supplier onboarding and mobilisation.
- Assisting with training, onboarding, and recruitment of relevant project resources.
- Providing procurement insights to Sector stakeholders.
- Ongoing Supplier management for continuous improvement.
- Supporting demobilisation activity related to post-project reviews.

**About You**:

- We are looking for someone with relevant Commerce, Business qualifications, or equivalent experience, along with at least 5 years' procurement experience.
- Experience in Telco and/or Infrastructure is preferred, with strong negotiation abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Advanced experience with Excel is essential.
