Privately owned Australian forwarding company with offices all of the country and new offices international. Strong in both general and perishable cargo out of Australia in NZ, Asia, Americas and Europe. Growing team of professionals that are development and career minded.

**About the role**

***
Hands on Exports team leader position for a team of 2 in both general and perishable cargo movements out of Brisbane. Daily liaising with clients, local and international offices, carriers and suppliers. Be part of the leadership group meetings and input for future company ideas and changes.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Sea & air export operational duties
- Invoicing
- Cargo automation
- Bookings with carriers
- Lead a team of 2 Export operators
- Liaising with clients, lines and overseas offices for bookings
- End of Month profitability

**Skills & Experience**
- Freight Forwarding experience
- Exports understanding in both air & sea
- Cargowise/CW1 advantageous
- Perishables experience desirable
- Leadership experience advantagous
- Problem solving acumen
